Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more capacity or features. Paid plan changes are handled through your Catchmill billing flow.

What happens when I hit a limit?+

Free forms pause at the submission limit. Paid plans have a capped overage buffer; once that protection is exhausted, submissions pause and you can upgrade or wait for the next cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription from billing settings. Your current access remains available through the active billing period.

Is annual billing refundable?+

Billing changes and refunds are handled according to the terms shown during checkout. Contact support if you need help with a specific billing event.
